- Mientras, viertes 2 caldos de pollo en 1 litro de agua caliente, disuelves bien y reservas.
- Cuando tu arroz haya incorporado el vino (no del todo IMPORTANTE que NUNCA se seque tu arroz), viertes 1/4 del litro de caldo y revuelves y tapas.
- Repites el paso 7 hasta que se te acabe el caldo y tu arroz ya empiece a tomar la consistencia deseada.
- Cuando ya se absorbió el último cuarto de caldo, echas el paquete de queso rallado y revuelves bien para incorporarlo. Y a disfrutar!
