Añadimos la leche sin dejar de remover para que no se formen grumos y cuando esté espesita apagamos el fuego y le echamos sal, pimienta negra y nuez moscada al gusto. Si espesa demasiado echadle un poco más de leche.
- Echaremos una cucharada de bechamel en la carne también y removemos.
- Encendemos el horno a 220 grados. Las placas de lasaña que yo he usado no necesitan cocerse, así que omitiremos ese paso y pasaremos directamente al montaje de la lasaña: en una bandeja de horno ponemos un chorrito de aceite de oliva para que no se peguen las placas o un poco de bechamel y pondremos tres placas, rellenaremos de carne, otras tres placas y así hasta cuatro capas. Luego echaremos la bechamel por encima y un poco de mozzarella rallada.


- Metemos en el horno durante 10 minutos y luego 5 minutos más para gratinar. Y a comer!
