  4. 180 g bacon de pavo
  5. Ajo en polvo

  1. Lavamos y sacamos el pie de cada champiñón.
  2. Cortamos los pies y la cebolla en trozos pequeños.
  3. En una sartén añadimos aceite y cuando esté caliente incorporamos la cebolla junto con el pie de los champiñones, agregamos ajo en polvo, sal, pimienta negra y removemos.
  4. En otra sartén aparte hacemos el bacon para que así suelte toda la grasa y se dore, en este caso al ser de pavo apenas soltó grasa. Cuando esté listo lo añadimos a la otra sartén, removemos y echamos 200 ml de nata, dejamos que se haga a fuego medio.
  5. Sellamos los champiñones por ambos lados y los cubrimos con una tapa. Metemos el relleno dentro de los champiñones añadimos 100 ml de nata y dejamos que se hagan con la tapa puesta durante 15’ a fuego medio-bajo
