Cuando ya la carne esté cocida, drenan el exceso de grasa y añaden la carne a la salsa para que termine de cocinarse 10 min aproximadamente.

- Engrasan un molde para horno y van colocando las batatas/sweet potatoes en láminas. Estás reemplazan la pasta.


- Cuando ya terminen de poner la primera capa de batata extienden la primera capa de la salsa ya cocida en el molde. Aparte en un bowl colocan las 4 cucharadas de queso cottage y lo revuelven con la clara de huevo(esto para que se espese un poco el queso) y colocan la segunda capa de batata después la mezcla del queso cottage encima. Y hacen de nuevo el proceso hasta que el molde quede semi lleno.

- Luego cocinan la lasagna en el horno a 180 grados C. Por 50 min. Cuando falte 10 min para que se cumpla el tiempo de cocción sacan la lasagna y la recubren con una capa grande de queso mozzarella y parmesano. Y lo vuelven a meter al horno por los 10 min que faltan. Y listo así de fácil es esta receta.
