  1. Agrupamos todos los ingredientes. Limpiamos de grasa el solomillo, yo lo corté por la mitad para que me cogiera en la cazuela. Cortamos en juliana la cebolla y troceamos al gusto los champiñones y las setas.

Ponemos una cazuela amplia al fuego con un chorrito de aceite y cuando esté caliente echamos la carne previamente salpimentada y la cocinamos a fuego medio-alto un par de minutospor cada lado para que se dore. Retiramos y colocamos en un plato cubierto con papel de cocina para que absorba el exceso de aceite. Reservamos.
  3. En el mismo aceite donde hemos dorado la carne echamos la cebolla junto con un poquito de sal y el ajo en polvo y dejamos pochar a fuego medio unos 10 minutos. Agregamos los champiñones y cocinamos durante 5 minutos. Incorporamos las setas, removemos y dejamos al fuego 5 minutosmás.
  4. Añadimos la salsa perrins y dejamos al fuego un par de minutos. Vertemos el cava y cocinamos a fuego alto un par de minutospara que se evapore el alcohol. Agregamos un vasito de agua y dejamos que nuestra salsa se haga a fuego medio-lento 15 minutos.
  5. Añadimos la carne que habíamos reservado y cocinamos todo junto a fuego medio-lento 20 minutos. Sacamos nuestra carne y trituramos la salsa asegurándonos que no nos quedan grumos.
  6. Llevamos nuestra salsa al fuego y cocinamos 5 minutosa fuego medio. Cortamos la carne en medallones de 2 dedos de grosor aproximadamente y los agregamos a la salsa. Cocinamos 5 minutosa fuego medio y listo.
  7. Yo acompañé este plato con unos ñoquis pero se puede tomar así tal cual o con unas patatas fritas, un poquito de arroz,... eso sí el pan no lo olvidéis. Espero que os guste!!!.
