- Necesitamos comprar el pollo con el pescuezo, con cuidado lo dislocamos de la base, y sin romper la piel, lo extraemos. Limpiamos grasas y tripas dejando solo la piel, le hacemos un nudo y lo embutimos siguiendo su curso dentro de las pechugas. Esto evita perder líquidos y relleno.

- Luego de los 50 minutos le damos una brochada completa con el glaseado que preparamos, que es mezclar los ingredientes listados. Le damos 15 minutos más de rostizado. Acomodamos las papas debajo, del pollo y untamos nuevamente el pollo del glaseado y a le damos a las papas también. 5 minutos más para dorarlos y listo.



- Dejas el pollo dentro del horno 10 minutos, que repose. Lo sacas y divides en mitad para extraer el relleno, que tiene todo el sabor de los jugos del pollo, listo sírvelo con presas enteras y las papas.
