Añadimos el pimiento rojo y cocinamos 5 minutos. Incorporamos los champiñones y los salteamos un par de minutos, removiendo.
  3. Añadimos el arroz, mezclamos y salteamos durante 5 minutos a fuego medio-alto. Vertemos el fumet de gambas y cuando empiece a hervir agregamos el sazonador para paellas (si no tenéis echad unas hebras de azafrán y un poquito de pimienta negra), removemos para que se integre bien.
  4. Una vez que ha empezado a hervir, bajamos a fuego medio y dejamos que el arroz se haga (si veis que se os queda seco y aún el arroz no está, agregad un poquito más de fumet o agua). Cuando nuestro arroz esté casi hecho, agregamos las gambas y dejamos que se termine de hacer el arroz. En mi caso el arroz tardaba 20 minutos en hacerse, así que yo agregué las gambas cuando el arroz llevaba 15 minutos haciéndose.
  5. Cuando nuestro arroz esté, retiramos del fuego, dejamos reposar un par de minutos y servimos. Espero que os guste!!!
