- Vamos a retirar la sartén del calor y será el momento en que vayamos a poner la mantequilla. La trocearemos en cuadraditos pequeños y la añadiremos al arroz. Moverlo hasta que se funda por completo. Le va a dar una textura cremosa al risotto.


- Por último, añadirle el queso, mezclar, y servir!
