- Rallar un poco de queso gouda y aderezar con ajo en polvo, tomillo y orégano, y poner toda la mezcla sobre los champiñones


- Meter todo en el horno sin haberlo calentado, 200° grados 10 minutos en el modo horno (que caliente todo arriba abajo y el ventilador) y situado a media altura
