- En un bowl agregamos la harina y la levadura, mezclamos, agregamos la mitad del agua que utilizaremos.


- Agregamos la pizca de sal y un poco más de agua. Seguimos amasando. Agregamos un chorrito de aceite de oliva y el resto del agua y continuamos amasando.

- Una vez que hayamos machacado bien los tomates agregamos la sal, el azúcar, las hierbas finas y la pimienta negra molida. Dejamos hervir y agregamos la albahaca picada. Mezclamos y dejamos hervir por 4-5 minutos y listo (dejamos enfriar).



- Una vez que la masa reposo las 2 hrs y triplicó su tamaño la cortamos para extenderla en las charolas que introduciremos en el horno, previamente frotamos con aceite la charola para que no se pegue y se dore un poco (También podemos espolvorear polenta de maíz opcional).





- Una ve que extendimos la masa la cubrimos con una brochita de la salsa de tomate que preparamos la untamos de forma pareja y metemos al horno previamente calentado a toda su temperatura por 10 minutos.



- Sacamos la masa precocida y la dejamos enfriar por unos 5 minutos.


- Agregamos el queso y la proteína o vegetales de nuestra preferencia y horneamos por 15 minutos (opcional espolvoreamos un poco de queso Parmesano).
