  3. Lavas los nopales y secas perfectamente, toma una lámina de alumio, y ponle sal de ajo un poco de cilantro y sal normal. Enseguida le pones longaniza, primero, hongos picaditos, bell paper, cebolla, tomate y quesos (fresco y mozzarella)

Enseguida pones los quesitos, un poco más de sal de ajo, un poco más de cilantro seco o fresco y pones el otro nopal encima y tapas bien ajustadito (apretado) el papel aluminio y así....consecutivamente hasta terminar todos los paquetes y se precalienta una plancha o comal y se pone a fuego medio como por 10 minutos de cada lado.
  5. Todos tus paquetes los acomodas en la plancha a fuego medio y 10 minutos de cada lado y ya los sacas, y a servir con tu acompañante favorito.
